Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at abdullahazeem1132008@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized/custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, subject to applicable conditions. Exchanges can be made by returning the original item and placing a new order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
